What We Do
We professionally remanufacture high capacity Toyota and Lexus OEM hybrid batteries. What sets us apart is our propriety method and quality controls that ensures batteries that are like brand new but at less than 50% of the cost.
How we do it?

The process begins with load testing the battery and identifying its current overall state of charge. The battery is then taken apart, and the battery modules or cells are connected to our advanced equipment which restores their ability to store electrical energy.

We then determine the overall capacity and state of health of each individual module and proceed to group modules together that are closely balanced in order to ensure longevity of the new battery. Once we group the modules together in 'blocks' we load test the entire core.

By load testing we are able to determine any faulty modules that may have 'passed' the first step of the reconditioning process. Once the modules pass the load with rebuilt the battery and replace all bus bars with brand new Nickle plated ones which avoids corrosions forming.
12 Months Warranty On All Hybrid Batteries
Every battery we install comes standard with 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event a battery fails within 12 months simply bring your car back to our workshop and have it replaced with a brand new hybrid battery FREE of charge.
